3.     Any casino may remove any game provided by NTG at any time for any reason after the 90-day challenge is completed. All terms and conditions will be as listed in the NTG agreement.

4.     NTG warrants that 100% of all lease payments paid to NTG that fulfill the terms and conditions of the 90-day challenge and for any game included in the 90-day challenge promotion and is contracted by NTG for the 90-day challenge that is removed from the casino floor and does not exceed a 90-day period will be completely refunded.

5.     Any casino that removes any game that is under the 90-day challenge promotion terms and conditions must notify NTG and provide the exact date of removal. NTG will then have the right to request and receive a full report as to the games placement on the casino floor as well as full performance numbers and hours of operation of the game and total account of the number of days the game was open for play to customers.
