FLOP Poker
Object:  Flop Poker is 5-card poker game with the advantage of using a Sixth card. The Players make the Ante Bet along with the Pot Bet to start the game. The Dealer will deliver Three down cards to each player. The Player will decide to make the Flop Bet to continue against the Casino for the House odds or, surrender the Ante Bet to the casino and just play on for the Pot money against the other Players. Once all Players have made their decision, the dealer will roll the 3-card Flop for all players to use as community cards. Flop Poker Table Layout
The dealer will reveal all player cards and settle the casino wagers as the players cards are revealed. The dealer will then look back on all hands to find the highest value 5-card poker hand and pay that player the Pot money.  Ante Bet:  The Ante Bet is made along with the Pot Bet to start the game. This Bet allows the Player to receive a 3-card hand to start the game. The Ante Bet is paid even money on all winning hands set by the house play table.  Flop Bet: The Flop Bet is made after the Player has evaluated their 3-card partial poker hand and decides to stay in the game against the casino for a chance to win from the house pay table odds. The Player will use the 3 cards they were dealt and only 2 cards From the Flop to make the best 5-card poker hand. If the Flop Bet is not made the Player surrenders the Ante to the Casino and will only play for the Players Pot money and not the house odds.  Pot Bet:  The Pot bet along with the Ante bet is made by all Players to start the game. This Bet is the Players playing each other for a traditional poker pot. This Bet ensures that there will be a winner among the Players at the end of each hand played. Once the Player makes the Pot Bet to start the game, the Player is in the pot until the end of the game.
Note:
In the event of a tie hand for the pot, the Dealer will go to the next highest value card in the Players hand, called the kicker, to determine the winner of the Pot. In the event of 2 identical hands, the winning players will chop the Pot and split the money evenly.
Players Cards:
The Dealer will deliver Three cards face down to each player participating in the game. The Players will make their decision to play or surrender based on the Three card partial hand.  Flop Cards: The Dealer will hold Three community cards in the center of the table face down, the Flop. The Flop cards are community cards for the players to use to complete their final five-card poker hand. The players, using their first Three cards they were dealt (player cards) with any Two from the flop, will make their best Five card poker hand.

Flop Poker Dealing Procedures

1.  The Players must make the Ante and Pot bet to start the game. (Ante bet is from table minimum to table maximum and the Pot bet is table Minimum only) Both bets are required to play the game.

2.   The Dealer will collect all pot bets from in front of each Player and set the bets in the center of the table to form a poker “pot”.

3.  The Dealer will deliver 3 cards face down to each Player.

4.  The Dealer will place 3-card community “Flop” face down in the center of the table. These cards will be used by all Players to complete a 5-card poker hand.

5.    After all cards have been dealt, the Players will pick up and evaluate their 3-card partial hand to make their decision either to stay in the hand against the Casino and make the Flop bet (Equal to the ante bet) or surrender the ante bet to the house and only continue playing for the pot money in which case the Dealer will leave the Players cards face down on the table in front of that Player and take the surrendered ante bet. Once the Players make their decision, the Players will put their cards face down on the table in their player position and not pick up their cards for the remainder of the game.

6.   The Dealer will then reveal the 3-card community flop. Now, the Dealer will reveal all player cards and settle all wagers as the hand is exposed.

Note: The player will use only 2 cards from the community Flop and all Three hold cards to build a 5-card poker hand.

7.  Once all wagers are settled, the Dealer will find the highest rank 5-card poker hand and pay that player the entire pot money.

8. The Dealer then collects all player’s cards and community cards, does the appropriate shuffle and the next hand begins.
