Object:
River Card Poker is a 5-card poker game where the Players have the
advantage of using a sixth card. The game starts when each player makes
an “Ante” bet. The Players are then dealt 3 cards face down and 1 card
face up in their player position. The Players then decide to either stay

by placing a “Call” bet or fold the hand. The Dealer will then deal
another single card face up to each Player in their player position. The
Player will decide either to place a “River” wager or to fold the hand.
The Dealer will then deal 1 card face up in the center of the table as a
community card for all Players to use. The Dealer will then reveal the
players cards and settle the casino wager as the player hand is
revealed.
Ante Bet:
The ‘Ante” bet is made to start the game. This bet gives the Player 3
hold cards and 1 up card to start their hand. The Ante bet is made
before any cards are dealt. The Ante bet wins even money on all casino
payouts from the house pay table.
Call Bet:
The “Call” bet is the second bet the Players have the option of making.
This bet is equal value to the “Ante” bet and allows the player to
receive an additional card dealt face up to each player position. The
Call bet starts the house pay table payouts.
River Bet:
The “River” bet is the final bet the Player has the option to make.
After the Player makes the River bet, the Dealer will deal a single card
face up in the center of
the table as a community card for all Players to use. The players now
have a total of six cards
to build the
best possible 5-card poker hand.
Player Cards:
The Players will be dealt a 4-card starting hand after making the Ante
bet.
Call Card:
The Player will receive a call card after making the Call bet. This card
is dealt specifically for that Player in the Call card area in front of
each Player at the table.
River Card:
The River Card is dealt after the Players make the River bet. The River
card is dealt in the center of the table and is a community card used by
all Player to make their best 5-card hand.
The Payouts:
The Players are playing for a pay table of a pair of Queens or Better.
The Ante bet wins even money on all winning hands and the Call and River
bets win the house pay table odds.
